Blake Lowderman – Real Estate Investor, Entrepreneur, and Construction Professional

Blake Lowderman is a dedicated real estate investor and entrepreneur with a passion for strategic growth and business development. He began his real estate career in August 2017 with the purchase of his first rental property. Over the next two years, he expanded his portfolio with three additional properties. In 2019, Blake secured a transformative seller-financing deal, acquiring 17 properties and establishing a solid foundation for his investment portfolio. Since then, he has actively refined his holdings, buying and selling properties to reach a total of 94 rental units as of 2025.

In 2023, Blake founded Edasity Construction, initially focusing on remodeling, updating, and maintaining his portfolio of rental properties. Under his leadership, the company quickly expanded its scope, taking on a diverse range of projects. Today, Edasity Construction handles residential renovations, small-scale projects, and larger commercial endeavors, including multi-unit buildings.

Blake’s upbringing on a cattle farm instilled in him a strong work ethic and enduring values that continue to guide his professional and personal endeavors. From a young age, he was actively involved in cattle farming and showing, learning the importance of discipline, responsibility, and integrity—principles imparted by his father. Blake aligns with the quote, “It’s not about what you do, it’s about how you do it,” a philosophy that his father instilled in him. He even went on to create The Herd, a gaming app for showing, feeding, and raising cattle.

In addition to his real estate ventures, Blake is a part of The Ice House, a well-known bar and nightclub in Macomb, Illinois that he contracted and built predominantly in house. His entrepreneurial endeavors reflect his commitment to enhancing community spaces and contributing to local economic development.

Blake’s academic achievements complement his professional success. He earned his Associate’s Degree from Blackhawk College in the Quad Cities in 2016, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Western Illinois University, which he completed in December 2019. His educational background and hands-on experience have been instrumental in his success as an investor and entrepreneur.
